Mine Big Girl Now

Not been a good few weeks health wise. Turns out Bobby actually had swine flu … he’s better now but it was quite bad. The rest of us have either had something else or have been fighting swine flu and not got it that bad. So all in all, three weeks of illness throughout the family and lots of working from home. All back at work/school/nursery/gym now so we’re definitely all on the mend.
While I was working from home last week with Kyle, made the brave decision to keep Regan off and do the horrible task of potty training over the weekend. Up until that point, we’d tried a couple of times but she’d been adamant that she wasn’t a big girl and wanted her nappy so wasn’t imagining an easy time of it. Au contraire! By day two she wasn’t having any accidents and she’s been great ever since!!! :o) Obviously not as easy while she’s at nursery as her mind is occupied on other things but she’s doing great there too …. She likes to tell people “mine big girl now” hence the title …. :o)
Due to illness, we haven’t been up to too much recently … went a walk last weekend up to Long Bay Regional Park and have posted some photos of the kids.
